Getting to the Asuncion Clinic on the morning of our trip was super easy in a Tuk Tuk from the port. I was super stressed about getting a test in time for our flight back to Boston so I hope others that read this can rest easy and enjoy their trip while in Guatemala!įor those looking for the latest on this issue, we just traveled back to US from Pana / Lake Atitlan on Jan 3, 2022. Here’s the google map plus code: PRWX+H3 Panajachel, GuatemalaĬopy + paste in your browser and it should put you a few yards from the location. My wife and I didn’t schedule an appointment and walked in, which took about 20 minutes to get the test, and received the rapid test results via email about 2 hours after we left the clinic. The clinic closes at 5pm and I believe they are only open on weekdays (don’t quote me on that). It’s near the large market, across the street from the bus stop on Calle Mercado. The location in Pana is really easy to get to but it’s not registered in google maps. There are two locations, one in Solana and one in Pana so don’t believe your google map search. I’m in Pana right now and received the rapid antigen test at Laboratorio la Asunción in Pana.
